Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead validated environment construction projects across multiple sites, ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment qualification, and data integrity.

The role reports to the Project Executive and partners with Engineering, QA/Validation, Delivery, Sponsors, and regional leadership to deliver compliant, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in large capital projects within regulated settings and strong knowledge of validation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of direct project management on large capital projects, including regulated/validated settings.
• Experience delivering multi-site projects in validated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025).
• Understanding of contract language, project accounting, and basic portfolio management.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence across functions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in regulated contexts.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office; ability to create executive dashboards.
• Knowledge of validation concepts, commissioning/qualification processes, data integrity, and regulatory expectations for validated facilities.
• Willingness to travel and operate across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites with IQ/OQ/PQ and data integrity.
• Lead on-site coordination with Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Collaborate with Project Executive to define/maintain scope, schedule, and budget; monitor progress.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation aligned with policy.
• Identify and mitigate project risks affecting deliverables, schedule, budget, or compliance.
• Track and report performance: schedule, budget, risk, QA progress, regulatory readiness.
• Manage change orders, delays, procurement, contract admin; log updates weekly.
• Ensure documentation controls meet QA and regulatory standards for inspections.
• Seek opportunities to improve validation workflows and data integrity practices.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors and stakeholders; advise on validated delivery.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor performance and selection.
• Manage project finances: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, payables.
• Prepare team for regulatory inspections with documentation and traceability.
• Foster safe, compliant, and collaborative environment; mentor juniors.
