Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead validated environment and laboratory construction projects across multiple sites. You will ensure IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment qualification, data integrity, and regulatory readiness while coordinating Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years of direct PM experience on large capital projects.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-site projects in validated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025).
• Strong executive communication and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in regulated contexts; travel across sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Define and maintain scope, schedule, and budget baselines; report deviations.
• Drive schedule with urgency while maintaining quality and regulatory readiness.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation aligned with policy.
• Identify and mitigate project-level risks; manage changes, procurement, and contracts.
• Maintain logs weekly and ensure QA documentation meets standards.
• Prepare teams for inspections and audits; foster a compliant project environment.
