Johnson Controls, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Project Manager to lead validated environment and capital projects across multiple sites, coordinating Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, and Contractors to meet IQ/OQ/PQ, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget baselines; drive schedules with urgency while maintaining quality, develop validation strategies, assess risks, and prepare for regulatory inspections.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management, business management, architecture, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of direct project management experience on large capital projects in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites, ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ and data integrity.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors and Vendors to achieve project objectives within validated baselines.
• Define and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget baselines; drive schedule with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation aligned with corporate standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate with proposed remedies.
