Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for validated environment and laboratory construction projects across multiple sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA/Validation, and Contractors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience on large capital projects in validated settings and a strong understanding of contract language, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of direct project management experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in validated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025).
• Understanding of contract language and project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Maintain scope, schedule, and budget baselines; manage logs and change orders.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation (validation plans, QC/QA records).
• Travel across multiple sites as needed.
