Job summary

Takeda's GSQ Transformation Office seeks a Transformation Methodology Lead in Lexington, MA to develop and evolve transformation standards, governance practices, and delivery frameworks that drive consistent, data-driven execution across the organization.

You will partner with PMO, Finance and senior leaders to balance structure with agility in a highly regulated setting, applying Power Platform tools and PMI/Lean Six Sigma principles to improve delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with transformation methodologies, PMO standards and governance.
• Strong digital skills with Power Platform and analytics.
• PMO certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.

Responsibilities
