Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading business transformation, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and large-scale change initiatives.
- Proven success developing and executing strategic plans and managing portfolios of complex, cross-functional programs and projects.
- Experience overseeing budgets, financial planning, resource management, workforce planning, and organizational investments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CPMQ leadership to develop, implement, and evolve CPMQ strategy and capabilities.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives driving operational excellence, digitalization, AI adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee CPMQ portfolio, ensuring alignment, risk management, and delivery of business objectives.
- Drive governance through performance management, leadership reviews, and budget planning.
