Job summary

Reliance Rx seeks a Supervisor of Logistics and Fulfillment to lead transportation, delivery operations, and vendor coordination. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure service levels, and coach a cross-functional team to optimize patient and provider satisfaction.

The role partners with pharmacy and operations leaders to align workflows, oversee vendor relations, and maintain compliance across shipping and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; two years' experience may substitute.
• Four years of pharmacy technician experience in a high-volume setting or logistics.
• One year of progressive leadership/management responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills.
• Strong problem-solving and process management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate updates, priorities, and expectations to support team goals.
• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and workload distribution to meet service levels.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for performance growth.
• Ensure pharmacy workflow processes comply with regulations and standards.
• Manage shipment exceptions, routes, and driver training.
• Maintain delivery logs, patient records, and delivery cost reports.
• Investigate root causes of logistics issues and implement preventive actions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in order preparation and shipping.
