Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Baton Rouge is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory. You will implement clients’ marketing plans using your clinical training and judgement to engage health providers and patients.

You will plan territory coverage, deliver educational and scientific support to physicians and nursing staff, and travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years Business to Business (B2B) or 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Sales Aptitude
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory.
• Implement clients’ marketing plan by using professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue addressing needs of health providers and patients.
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff.
