Job summary

SynBio is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (Entry level and/or Specialty) to drive brand awareness, develop client relationships, and grow a portfolio in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and delivering healthcare cost management solutions.

You'll engage with clients, manage schedules, and participate in training and staff oversight as the campaign expands. A base plus commission structure is offered with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in sales or customer service.
• Proven track record of hitting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
• Able to identify, win, and retain clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
