Job summary

SynBio is seeking an entry level and/or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition. The role is full-time and offers advancement opportunities across the campaign and training responsibilities.

You will manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, develop long-term relationships, and work with tablets and Microsoft and Apple products. A base salary ranges from $68k to $104k plus commissions; top reps can exceed $250k with

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales OR customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term.
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base.
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs.
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role.
