Job summary

SynBio in Springfield, MO is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (entry level and/or specialty) to grow our client base and manage healthcare contracts. The role offers base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with opportunities for advancement and training support.

You will engage new clients, become a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your portfolio, and help clients optimize healthcare cost management while building long-term relationships with providers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term.
