Job summary

SynBio is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (entry level and/or specialty) to drive brand awareness, develop business, and grow a clinical client base in the United States. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term relationships, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

You will manage a portfolio, assist with healthcare contracts, and train staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retaining them for the long-term.
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base.
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs.
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
