Qualifications

• 5+ years Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years of management experience or participation in a management development program.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate field performance on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Develop executive business plans aligned with program goals.
• Ensure administrative project activities are accurate, timely, and compliant.
