Job summary

Red Oak Sourcing is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Analysis (Pharmaceutical Operations) to oversee day-to-day generic pharmaceutical operations and analytics. You will act as a trusted contact for CVS Health and Cardinal Health, ensuring timely supply chain communications and business continuity.

This highly visible role requires solving problems, mentoring analysts, and presenting data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with Excel and/or SQL ability.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems in a collaborative environment.
Experience coaching or developing others is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily generic pharmaceutical supply chain operations and analytics for continuity of business.
Present data-driven service level insights to cross-functional teams weekly.
Field questions from CVS and Cardinal Health, prioritizing work to maintain continuity.
Coordinate stock flow, global logistics, contracting, and critical items with internal Red Oak teams.
Mentor and develop analyst team members.
Deliver milestones for seasonal supply management and provide executive summaries.
Identify risks or opportunities from data and communicate findings to the Director of Operations.
