  • Coordinate import shipments with manufacturers, freight carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and other logistics partners.
  • Review shipping and customs documentation, monitor shipment progress, and help resolve documentation and clearance issues.
  • Coordinate with third party warehouse on the required import permits, including requests, accuracy checks, distribution, validity monitoring, and replacement when needed.
  • Coordinate pharmaceutical serialization and product-tracing requirements, including electronic data transmission and exception resolution.
Reporting and Operational Support
  • Prepare periodic inventory, cash flow, invoice, and operational reports; validate third-party reports against internal records.
  • Coordinate annual or periodic stability studies with manufacturing and analytical partners and track completion.
  • Review damage and return reports and coordinate appropriate inventory disposition documentation.
