Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Framingham, MA to lead North America external manufacturing SCM activities for a diverse product portfolio. You will plan production, manage inventory, and coordinate with CMOs to ensure continuous supply and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with SAP and Kinaxis, with strong collaboration skills to drive end-to-end planning and optimize performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain manufacturing or packaging across dosage forms.
• Experience in Lean methodologies preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end business processes including Master Data Management, Material Planning, and Supply Planning.

Responsibilities

• Supply & inventory management: ensure continuous product supply from NA subcontractors while optimizing inventory levels.
• Establish production plans, issue supplier orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• CMO relationship management: manage costs, relationships, and conduct quality business reviews.
• Strategic planning & project leadership: plan/direct supply chain activities for CMOs and Sanofi sites and support new product launches.
