Job summary

Sanofi Inc. is seeking a CMC Demand & Supply Leader in Framingham, MA, to integrate project strategy with clinical and CMC plans for an optimized end-to-end demand and supply approach.

You will influence decision making, manage risk/cost, and drive alignment with regulatory requirements across multiple teams. The role requires advanced degrees in life sciences or engineering, 3–8 years in R&D/Clinical Dev, and minimum 2 years in demand management within relevant therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• PhD, MS or BS in sciences or related fields as per job requirements.
• Minimum years: PhD 3, MSc 5, BSc 8 in R&D or Clinical Development.
• Minimum 2 years in Demand Management in relevant therapeutic domains (Oncology, Immuno-inflammation, Rare Disease, Neurology or MS).
• CMC experience and working in GMP/GCP regulated environments.
• PMI certification and Power BI/Power Apps experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Clinical Demand and Long Range Plan based on validated assumptions.
• Consolidate non-clinical and clinical demand and propagate to Global Supply Chain.
• Coordinate with Development and regulatory teams to align with trial and submission plans.
• Lead End to End supply optimization with key stakeholders.
• Provide KPI reports to monitor supply performance.
