Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Framingham, MA seeks a CMC Demand & Supply Leader to unify Clinical, CMC, and Development demand into an optimized end-to-end plan across the supply chain.

You will partner with Global Project Management, Clinical Development, and manufacturing stakeholders to forecast demand, align supply, and drive cost-efficient decisions. The role emphasizes project management, data analytics, and risk assessment in GMP/GCP environments, with a focus on building a Center of Excellence for

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in life sciences, pharmacology, or engineering
• Related scientific disciplines considered
• Experience in R&D or Clinical Development preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with Global PM, Clinical Development, and CMC to forecast Clinical Demand.
• Forecast Long Range Plan Demand based on interfaces.
• Consolidate non-clinical & clinical demand and propagate to Global Supply Chain.
• Integrate all Development Demand with operational plans and regulatory submission goals.
• Provide reporting/KPIs to monitor Supply performance
