Job summary

Vynamic, part of Inizio Ignite, seeks a senior Director-level consultant to partner with leading pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You will shape strategy, lead high-impact engagements, and develop junior teams in a hybrid Boston-based role.

Candidates should have 6–8+ years of life sciences consulting experience, deep industry knowledge, executive presence, and a track record of winning new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8+ years of life sciences consulting experience.
• Experience leading engagements in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong communication and executive presence with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor aligning objectives with priorities across the product lifecycle.
• Lead complex engagements spanning commercialization strategy, launch planning, operating model design.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Drive execution with high-quality deliverables and measurable business impact.
• Identify emerging client needs and translate them into new opportunities.
• Contribute to business development and expand existing accounts.
