Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with 6+ years of progressive experience in life science consulting. An advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) is preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, complex projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of relationship management principles and stakeholders across the life sciences ecosystem
• Experience applying project and program management methodologies to oversee multiple workstreams and deliver measurable outcomes
• Industry insight and ability to translate trends into actionable strategies for client value and growth
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset to drive strategic initiatives and thought leadership

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, strategic solutions that align with client objectives and drive measurable business and scientific outcomes
• Program and risk leadership across programs or multiple workstreams with proactive risk mitigation
• Lead synthesis of scientific, operational, and market data to generate actionable insights and executive recommendations
• Contribute to firm growth by shaping intellectual capital and new service offerings
• Represent the firm and influence culture as a senior ambassador of the Vynamic brand
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, trust, and long-term partnerships
• Mentor teams, support career development, and promote continuous learning
