Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field with 6+ years in life science consulting; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large, complex projects; mentors and develops talent.
• Deep relationship management skills to build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience applying project/program management methodologies across multiple workstreams.
• Industry insight and ability to translate trends into actionable strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Growth mindset with ability to drive strategic initiatives and thought leadership.
