Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; 4+ years in life science consulting.
• Proven track record leading teams or projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong presentation skills for scientific and executive audiences.
• Growth mindset and collaborative leadership within cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high impact solutions aligned with client objectives using life science consulting principles.
• Lead project plans, manage risks, and escalate issues to ensure success.
• Analyze scientific and business information to provide data-driven recommendations.
