Job summary

Vynamic is seeking a Director to partner with leading pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, shaping strategy and guiding high‑impact engagements from planning through commercialization. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across functions and lead multi‑discipline teams.

This full‑time, hybrid role is based in Boston with options in Durham, Philadelphia, or New York City. You will drive business development, manage risks and timelines, and foster a culture of excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm.
• Experience leading engagements within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, including drug development, commercialization, market access, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in strategic planning, vendor management, process design, systems implementation, and organizational change.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify, shape, and convert business development opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
• Alignment with Vynamic’s brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to life sciences clients, aligning engagement objectives with business priorities.
• Lead engagements across commercialization strategy, launch planning, operating model design, and transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Drive execution of client initiatives with high‑quality deliverables and measurable impact.
• Identify emerging client needs and translate them into opportunities.
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Ensure clarity, rigor, and quality in executive‑level deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Build Vynamic’s presence in pharma through thought leadership and industry involvement.
• Support recruiting and attracting top talent.
