Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience.
• Experience leading complex sourcing events.
• Strong contract negotiation experience.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from intake to contract execution.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market assessments and supplier evaluations.
• Manage competitive RFP, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Prepare executive recommendation materials.
