Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle for complex buy-side agreements.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts (professional services, tech, facilities).
• Advise on contracting approach, risk, timelines, and process requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and other teams to drive review and approvals.
• Maintain audit-ready contract records and develop SOPs for contracting activities.
