Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as production manager, process manager, project manager, or plant engineer.
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical, medical device or food.
• Knowledge and experience with regulations related to safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of the Engineering department.
• Ensuring departmental operations meet business requirements and comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborating with peers to ensure plant compliance with safety and quality policies.
