Job summary

Croda is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for its Alabaster, Alabama site to lead end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective product delivery to customers.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will coordinate Customer Service, Local Procurement, Planning, Warehousing, and Distribution, while championing S&OP and execution to align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and customer commitments in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of team leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing under cGMP.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies, budgeting, and staffing plans.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the site master production planning and scheduling processes.
• Translate forecasts and objectives into executable supply plans.
• Drive inventory optimization and service levels while controlling costs.
• Lead procurement, warehousing, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Develop governance standards and lead SAP/S&OP/S&OE initiatives.
