Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior communications leader to drive internal and external messaging for U.S. Human Health manufacturing sites, enabling operational excellence, safety, quality and change initiatives.

You will manage a team of four site communicators, oversee high-visibility regulatory updates, align global messaging, and coordinate with HR, EHS, Quality, Legal, and corporate affairs while engaging external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries with international exposure.
• Expertise in crisis and issues management.
• Familiarity with pharma regulatory and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to lead cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic internal and external communications for U.S. Human Health manufacturing sites.
• Oversee high-visibility issues (incidents, regulatory updates) and align global site communications.
• Develop site-specific communication strategies and support change management.
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, Quality, Legal, and corporate affairs; engage external agencies.
