Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level communications degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical/regulated industries and international comms.
• Proven ability to counsel senior leaders and manage multi-site programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four U.S. site communicators across multiple HH sites.
• Direct high-visibility and sensitive communications, including regulatory matters.
• Align global strategies with local site needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage change initiatives, workforce engagements and leadership visibility.
