Qualifications

• 1+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory control.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems (WMS preferred).
• Familiarity with cGMP and GDP is a plus in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication and collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Record receipts, shipments, and inventory movements in the WMS.
• Store products by designated locations and maintain inventory status.
• Pick, pack, weight, and label outgoing orders per procedures.
• Prepare shipping documentation for processing and carrier pickups.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials using approved equipment.
• Document returned products for designated storage pending disposition.
• Perform finished-product reconciliations and count inventories to identify discrepancies.
