Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Weighing & Blending Operator to join our team in Newtown, PA. You will weigh, dispense, stage and blend raw materials for OSD manufacturing in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities include material reconciliation, performance of in-process checks, and strict documentation in batch records and logs. Strong attention to detail and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with weighing, dispensing, blending, milling, sifting, or granulation preferred.
• Basic understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
• Ability to perform material reconciliation calculations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, dispense, label, and stage raw materials according to records and schedules.
• Verify material identity, lots, quantities, expiration dates, and status before use.
• Set up, operate, and monitor blenders, mills, sifters, scales, and vacuum transfer systems.
• Perform in-process checks, material reconciliations, and yield calculations.
• Disassemble/clean/reassemble equipment and perform line-changeovers per procedures.
• Enter batch records, logs, cleaning records, and labels accurately per documentation standards.
