Job summary

Securitas in Boston, MA is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead Security Officers at client sites and ensure post orders, rounds, and reports are completed accurately while delivering quality customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience and strong supervisory skills. On-site, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm with after-hours flexibility in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
• Experience supervising Security Officers and posts at client sites.
• Knowledge of security operations, patrols, inspections and response services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others on one or more client posts.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and advise management.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments with the team.
