Qualifications

• Ability to supervise multiple personnel and maintain post integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports and notify authorities as needed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct coaching and disciplinary actions; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll submission and personnel information where designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
