This onsite, day-shift role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates with molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding documents.

The ideal candidate has a BS in biology, chemistry, or related field and 2+ years recruiting scientists across levels.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, focusing on molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds.
• Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers.
• Completing and sending essential documents to leadership in a timely manner.
• Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring team.
• Utilizing social media and other sources to attract scientific candidates.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
