Qualifications

• PhD required in a relevant life sciences field.
• 1+ years of industry experience in drug discovery (biotech or pharma).
• Hands-on expertise developing and executing high content imaging assays.
• Experience with automated imaging platforms and analysis software.
• Designing and interpreting mechanism of action experiments in cellular systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles focusing on molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds.
• Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers.
• Completing and sending essential documents to leadership in a timely manner.
• Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring teams.
• Using social media and other sources to attract scientific candidates.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
