Responsibilities

• Effectively promote and educate physicians on the use of our pharmaceutical products through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and approved programs.
• Work during the day in the field, as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, presentations, appointments, and reporting.
• Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and compliance guidelines.
• Execute company-approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business activities.
• Support targeted customers using company-approved resources, materials, and programs identified by Sales Management.
• Coordinate promotional efforts with peers across franchises and partners; manage materials and samples per compliance guidelines.
• Ensure territory strategy execution using annual and regional plans; report activities and expenses within deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive visibility and satisfaction.
