Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Intern to join our diabetes sales team across Houston and nearby areas. You will learn selling skills, work with a mentor, and gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical selling while contributing to patient care.

The internship runs May 2027 through August 13, 2027. Applicants must be enrolled students in good standing, pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree, and available for the full duration of the program.

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student.
• Eligible for May 2027 – August 2027 internship window.
• Enrollment at an accredited college/university for duration of internship.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate and complete training and selling skills development.
• Engage with customers with mentor/coach in clinical discussions.
• Attend weekly regional calls to capture learnings and insights.
• Schedule appointments for sales colleagues and participate in in-service programs.
