Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Reliability Technician to maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems on-site in a client facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance, collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams.

The role requires knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, OSHA regulations, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a reliability technician or maintenance technician in pharma manufacturing or similar regulated industries.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment operation, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficiency with CMMS and related documentation software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on pharma manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Document maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory in CMMS.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to minimize production impact.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Calibrate, clean, lubricate and inspect equipment per SOPs.
• Support equipment installations, modifications and decommissioning with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed equipment history, parts usage, and costs for analysis.
