JLL is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Folsom, CA to diagnose, repair and maintain a range of mechanical equipment and life safety systems within pharma environments.

You will perform routine maintenance, interpret blueprints and manuals, and carry out carpentry tasks while adhering to GMP and safety protocols. This role requires tool proficiency and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years in fire life safety systems and cleanroom environments.
• Carpentry experience with measuring, cutting, assembling structures.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of fire life safety codes and contamination control.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair and maintain mechanical equipment and systems.
• Work with industrial machinery, facility systems and pharma equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diverse equipment.
• Read manuals, blueprints and schematics to guide work.
• Inspect and maintain fire life safety systems; ensure GMP compliance.
• Conduct carpentry work and fabrications as needed.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance and parts used.
