Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Puerto Rico is seeking a Reliability Technician to maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure regulatory compliance. You will document activities in CMMS and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, experience in regulated environments, knowledge of cGMP and OSHA, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven maintenance experience in pharma manufacturing or similar regulated environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficiency with CMMS and related documentation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on pharmaceutical equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Document all maintenance activities and inventory in CMMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements.
• Support equipment installations, modifications and decommissioning per SOPs.
