Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Program Manager to guide manufacturers, providers, patients, and staff through the patient journey for assigned products. You will manage the program, address issues, and review performance with manufacturers and internal teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of patient care workflows, insurance benefits, and data analytics, with a focus on improving outcomes and retaining clients. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Insurance/Prescription Benefits.
• Data manipulation experience in Excel; Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong follow up and follow through skill set.
• Self-directed and able to own the program and be responsible for results.
• Minimum 1-2 years insurance benefit/pharmacy experience.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated, primary point of contact for Manufacturer(s) responsible for all aspects of the assigned products program.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor program performance metrics.
• Perform patient and referring provider outreach; monitor patient adherence.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new Service Provider staff; document quarterly.
• Assist manufacturer with business reporting and data analytics review.
• Build out new manufacturer program solutions and processes.
