Job summary

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required; 1–2 years insurance benefit/pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong Excel data manipulation and MS Office skills.
• Excellent patient communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated, single point of contact for manufacturers and hub operations.
• Coordinate patient and prescriber outreach and reimbursement information.
• Monitor patient adherence and program performance metrics.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and analyze data.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new staff for the Services.
• Support prescribers and ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
