Job summary

Pure Infusion Suites is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to guide manufacturers, providers, patients, and staff through all aspects of the patient journey for assigned products.

You will be the primary contact for product programs, manage issues, and coordinate onboarding and quarterly reviews to ensure high-quality service and patient outcomes. A strong background in insurance/pharmacy bene ts helps drive success at our Sandy HQ.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Insurance/Prescription Benefits.
• Data manipulation experience in Excel.
• Strong follow up and follow through skill set.
• Self-directed and ability to “own” the program.
• 1–2 years insurance benefit/pharmacy experience.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration to optimize patient care.
• Ability to multi-task and support growing team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated, primary point of contact for Manufacturer(s) and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Perform patient and referring provider outreach and monitor adherence.
• Serve as contact for product issues related to Services and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention; partner with operations to maximize outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new Service Provider staff.
