Job summary

the company is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner handling pharmaceutical program management within our HUB Services division. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure contract terms are executed with Client satisfaction in mind.

Expect extensive interaction with internal and external customers, and involvement in strategic planning and process improvements to optimize program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience leading a team and reporting HUB metrics to clients.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per scope of work and budget.
• Manage client relationships, gaining trust and rapport.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and supervise staff.
• Drive assigned performance responsibilities of team.
• Monitor and report program statistics and metrics.
• Escalate issues jeopardizing delivery to standards.
• Prioritize and manage personal and team schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operations.
• Contribute to client reports and deliverables.
• Present program data and insights to customers.
• Participate in hiring and training activities.
