Job summary

Granules Consumer Health, LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to ensure accurate and timely receipt of materials into the pharmaceutical distribution center. You will verify shipments, inspect for damage, and document receipts in SAP while maintaining strict inventory controls.

The role requires hands-on receiving experience in a regulated environment, with a 7:00am - 3:30pm EST shift and overtime flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Reading and verifying BOLs, packing lists, and receiving docs with accuracy.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of lot-controlled and expiration-dated inventory.
• Must follow SOPs and cGMP requirements; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments against documentation.
• Inspect materials for damage and discrepancies; record receipts in SAP.
• Identify shortages, overages, or nonconforming materials and notify teams.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and staging for put-away.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when trained and authorized.
