Job summary

Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a Warehouse Technician/Dispensing Operator in Chantilly, VA to support staging and dispensing of raw materials and ensure cGMP compliance.

You will inspect incoming materials, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires familiarity with SAP Material Management, FIFO inventory control, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; Associate Degree preferred.
• 1-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical/food industry.
• Dispensing, weighing, and/or mixing of raw materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dispensing room per SOPs and batch records.
• Document setup and cleaning in logbooks and paperwork.
• Dispense approved raw materials/packaging materials per Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Check material information and issue materials per Batch Record.
• Maintain FIFO on material withdrawals and check expiry/retest dates.
• Clean dispensing room after dispensing and keep area orderly.
• Perform daily calibration and ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures; perform other duties.
