LTS Lohmann Therapy, a pharmaceutical manufacturing leader in New Jersey, seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead our purchasing team. You will drive supplier relations, manage compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards, and optimize cost with SAP-driven processes.

The role requires 7–8 years in purchasing within a regulated environment, SAP S4 HANA expertise, and strong leadership. Hybrid work is available after probation; office in West Caldwell, NJ.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of purchasing experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and freight operations within supply chain processes.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, reading comprehension, and math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel preferred.
• At least 2 years SAP S4 HANA experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Purchasing team and execute activities in an SAP environment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, DEA, and internal policies.
• Analyze SAP exception messages to maintain supply continuity for materials.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with local suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries; monitor shipping costs and tariff codes.
• Review safety stock levels and system ordering strategies for raw materials.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality on quality events and supplier investigations.
• Generate and communicate monthly supplier KPIs.
