Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage client expectations, document requirements, and coordinate changes across proposals and contracts. You will enter work orders, support pricing efforts, and ensure timely follow-up with sales and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, drug sourcing, logistics or clinical trial processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a detail-oriented work environment.
• Understanding and background in business development, drug sourcing, logistics and clinical trial principles and processes strongly preferred
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
• Confidentiality of all client information
• English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Ensure client expectations and timelines are met through understanding client needs and project requirements
• Clearly document requirements within proposals and contracts, including change orders
• Manage and compile specifications for proposals and contracts
• Forward proposals and contracts, including change orders, to sales staff or clients/prospective clients in a timely manner
• Enter work orders and subsequent change orders into the contact database
• Participate in work order review meetings with applicable resources
• Participate in project management meetings as needed
• Perform timely follow-up and maintain an up-to-date contact database
• Compile and update information for pricing and company guidelines for sales contracts
