Responsibilities

• Manages and compiles all specifications for proposals and contracts.
• Enters work orders and change orders into the contact database.
• Participates in project management meetings as needed.
• Performs timely follow-up and maintains an updated contact database.
• Updates information for pricing and company guidelines.
