Job summary

Clinigen is seeking a Proposal & Contracts Specialist to ensure client expectations and timelines are met by documenting requirements in proposals and contracts, including change orders. The role will be hybrid with 2-3 days onsite per week, interfacing with sales staff and clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a detail-oriented work environment.
• An understanding and background in business development, drug sourcing, logistics and clinical trial principles and processes strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and compiles all specifications to ensure proposals and contracts, including change orders are forwarded to sales staff or clients/prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Enters work orders and subsequent change orders into the contact database.
• Participates in work order review meetings with applicable resources and participates in project management meetings as needed.
• Performs timely follow-up and maintains an up-to-date contact database.
• Compiles and updates information for pricing and company guidelines for sales contracts.
